Information used by the service
- Inventory and activity: office identifiers, vaccine products, quantities, funding types, lots, expiration dates, counts, recorded orders, deliveries, and inventory events.
- Forecast inputs: historical and aggregate utilization data supplied for inventory planning.
- Account and support information: staff names, work email addresses, access assignments, and information supplied in support requests.
- Uploaded documents: inventory reports and count sheets submitted through the supported upload workflow.
How document processing works
Supported text-based PIERS inventory exports are read in the browser. Image-based count sheets use AI-assisted extraction through VaxFlow’s server and Anthropic’s API. Staff review the extracted quantities before saving.
Uploaded source documents may also be retained in Supabase storage for review and troubleshooting. Submit inventory documents intended for this workflow; do not include patient names, medical record numbers, or other patient identifiers.
Services supporting VaxFlow
VaxFlow uses Vercel for application hosting and server functions, Supabase for database, account, and file-storage services, and Anthropic for image-based count-sheet extraction.
Security documentation from a hosting provider describes that provider’s controls. It does not by itself certify VaxFlow or establish the controls configured for a particular deployment.
